This barrel is made of American White Oak and was handcrafted to hold approximately two liters. It is held together by pressure with six black steel hoops and comes with a stand, bung and a spigot. The barrel has been given a medium char inside which caramelized the sugars in the oak. The charring of the oak is what allows the barrel to age your alcohol.
