Combine the spice kit with 2 cans of frozen apple juice concentrate and 7 cups of 80 proof vodka. Then, leave it sit for 12-24 hours. After you ever so patiently let the mixture sit, just strain out the spices. Refrigerate after straining. What does the kit include? The kit includes 1 tin packed with enough spices to make 2.5 quart jars of near 80 proof cinnamon whiskey. What else do you need? In addition to the kit, all you need to start making delicious cinnamon whiskey at home is a 1750ml bottle of 80 proof vodka, 2 cans of apple juice concentrate, some mason jars (or other storage containers), and a wire mesh strainer (or something equivalent).
