Still Spirits Turbo Power Yeast Still Spirits Power is great to use where high alcohol strength is the most important consideration. Just add dextrose and water and let the yeast do the rest (don't use sucrose instead of dextrose as the ABV will be lower). Instructions: -Add 10.5kg (23lb) of dextrose to 20 litres (5.2 gallons) of water at 40C (104F) and stir until completely dissolved. -Add Yeast, stir well and let ferment between 18-24C (65-75F) for 7 days. Although not necessary, for best results, use in combination with Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear. Note: fermenting above 24C (75F) will cause the fermentation to stick.
